Apocalypse Santa Barbara

The fire took a major turn for the worse this afternoon. I could see houses burning as I was driving away from my brother’s house, which is now perilously close to the western line of the fire. The entire city is completely covered in smoke. Large sections of town have now been evacuated. Looks like a war zone.

This afternoon, before we decided it would be best to get out of there.
